Focusing on the forever plan with Jeremiah Holcomb

Hi Friends, I am thrilled to have Jeremiah Holcomb of the Refuge Christian Church on the show with me today. Jeremiah holds a special place in my heart not only because he is an exceptional entrepreneur, devoted to the church he has planted and grown since 2015, but also because he was one of the very first proposals and love stories that I remember growing up. Jeremiah is my cousin and married into my family 15 years ago. He and his wife Megan have been role models in our family and now he shares his love and knowledge with couples all around the area as they prepare for their forever.

In this episode we will discuss what pre-maritial classes are, why they might be helpful for you and your fiance as well as how to find the resources to get started.

Let’s dive on in!

ABOUT OUR GUEST:

Jeremiah graduated from Manhattan Christian College with a BA in Bible & Pastoral Ministry degree in May, 2002. He has enjoyed serving four different churches over the past 16 years. He was Pastor of Gridley Christian Church, Gridley, KS, served as Youth Pastor for Crossroads Christian Church, Shawnee, KS, and served as Pastor for the Christian Church of Burlington, KS. He and Megan moved to Eudora to plant The Refuge Christian Church in July of 2015.

Jeremiah believes the local church is an important piece in maturing our faith. He’s thankful for his home church of Pikes Peak Christian Church (Colorado Springs, CO) where he made his decision to follow Jesus as Savior and Lord.

Jeremiah likes to hear peoples’ stories, to spend time with Megan and his boys, enjoy the outdoors, and to play his role in restoring relationships with God.
