Helium + Pickups : How It Works?

How it works:

Helium + Pick Ups

  • Order your balloon garlands, helium bouquets and number stacks online.
  • Select a date and time that works for you to pick up at our Lenexa location.
  • We will customize based on your theme and colors.

I want my balloons delivered

We can absolutely set up and install your custom balloon display. Request a custom design and receive a mockup prior to delivery.

Minimum order must be $300 for delivery.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is $1.50/mile roundtrip from 10000 Marshall Dr, Lenexa, KS 66215.

Can I deliver balloons to my venue?

Yes! We will deliver balloons to any address. We just request that the venue knows we are coming ahead of time and someone is available to receive the delivery.

Can I pre-order and select a specific date?

Yes! We love to plan ahead so pre-ordered balloons are greatly appreciated.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel the order within 5 days of delivery.

How much does shipping cost?

Upon check out, enter your delivery address and select the service you would like to use for delivery.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use USPS for delivery

You will receive tracking number and details upon check out.

Product Questions

How long do they last?

Helium Foil Bundles last up to 5 days. We recommend keeping them at room temperature as extreme heat and cold do affect the product.

Garlands, Number stacks and party packages last over a week as long as stored inside away from heat and sun.

Do the balloons come inflated?

Yes! You can select DIY Kit or Local Pick Up which includes pre-inflated balloons.

Are the balloons weighted?

Yes, balloons have a weight on them so they do not escape upon pickup.

How do I hang a garland?

Step One: Locate (or create) Anchor Point

If you are placing your balloon garland on a banister, railing or backdrop, simple locate the areas where you will be securing the garland.

In your balloon garland kit, you will be supplied with a long stretchy balloon to loop around the anchor point and tie a knot.

If you don’t have an anchor point already available, you can use a command hook to create an attachment area on the wall. You will use the same long stretchy balloon to loop around the hook and tie a knot.

Step Two: Attach the garland

You will stretch the long balloon loop over a balloon in the garland and move the long balloon all the way down the garland balloon’s neck until it is securely connected.

Step Three: Adjust & Finish

Fluff the balloons up and reposition as needed until you achieve you like the best.

When you are finished with the garland, you can pop all of the balloons using scissors or you can remove the garland and rehang it in a different location.

What area do you cover for installations?

We will travel all over the country to help you with your celebration! Travel fees apply.

Can I change the colors of the balloons?

All our our balloon installations are custom to your theme, vision and budget. We will create a color palette that compliments your event.

Can you Brand Balloons?

Yes! We love custom logos and branding. We can absolutely incorporate your branding into our next balloon installation.
